The hotel is in the center of London and it offers disabled facilities in the rooms which I found very convenient. The service, especially from the duty Manager and Security staff, was outstanding, and they really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and just around the corner from Covent Garden. The dining options had some nice sausages but lacked atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few improvements needed.
